About the sorghum diversity database

The Sorghum Diversity Database contains genotype, phenotype, and polymorphism data collected by sorghum researchers from several institutions who share an interest in characterization and development of genetic resources for sorghum. The database is modeled on the Panzea database developed by the Maize Diversity Project. In order to simplify shared use of data and analytical tools, the sorghum project uses the same schema for the database as well as the same software for the website.
